Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order shows up misprinted, damaged, or with any defects, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Shipping within the US usually takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. International orders can take a little longer depending on local carriers.

Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted print partners across the US. Your order is printed at the facility closest to your shipping address whenever possible to reduce delivery time.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all US orders over $50. Free shipping applies to standard retail orders only. Bulk or wholesale purchases may require separate shipping arrangements.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Since every item goes into production shortly after your order is placed, cancellations or changes are only possible within the first 12 hours. After that, we can’t guarantee adjustments.

How should I care for my shirt?
To keep your print looking fresh, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
